西卡Sika金属地面硬化剂为整体地坪提供坚硬**干撒面层。撒播并打磨施工到新鲜湿润的混凝土地坪上，即形成平滑的彩色**地坪。特别适用于仓库、分销中心、工厂、重型工业设施、飞机库、DIY商场、超市、购物中心、办公室和博物馆。
Sikafloor®2 Syn**-1 provides a hard wearing, non –metallic dry shake **ping for monolithic floors. When sprinkled any trowelled into fresh wet concrete floors, it forms a coloured , wear resistant smooth surface.
Typical uses are in warehorses,distribution centers,factories, industrial facilities, aircraft hangars,DIY stores, supermarkets, shopping malls, **s and museums.

基面要求
(Substrate Quality):
|
底层混凝土必须质量优良;塌落度须在75~110mm 之间，需采用小水灰比并在浇捣时**压实。 抗压强度需在25N/mm 2以上。建议使用Sikament®或Sika®ViscoCrete增塑剂确保的混凝土质量； 若使用纤维则在混合过程中应尽量分散。
The concrete deliveries should be of consistent qualit. A concrete slump in the range 75 to 110 mm will normally give best results. The slab should be of good quality concrete with a minimum water/cement ratio consistent with the production of a fully **pacted slab.
The **pressive strength should be a minimum of 25 N/mm2.
Use of Sikament or Sika Viscocrete super plasticisers is advised to ensure the optimum quality of concrete and where fibres are used ,ma**mum dispersion within the mix.

施工方法/工具:
|
接有激光刮板的自动撒播器；
找平后，立即将Sikafloor 2Syn**-1金属地面硬化剂按5kg/m2用量一次性均匀撒播在混凝土上。
手工施工：待表面析出的水蒸发，将Sikafloor®2Syn**-1金属地面硬化剂分两次（次：3kg/m2；第二次2kg/m2；） 均匀地撒播到找平的混土上。施工粉末时应小心，避免混凝土表面形成坑洼。 施工总用量为5kg/m2。若不注意或向离撒播点2m以外抛洒Sikafloor®2Syn**-1，都将减底终面层的一致性。
压实：次撒播的材料抹入地板后，立即撒播第二次份量的Sikafloor®2Syn**-1。 Sikafloor®2Syn**-1使混凝土地坪表面硬化得比平常要快。小心修整将要浇捣的邻接边角。 可用手工或电动刀进行收光，封闭孔隙及修平表面。

养 护:
|
收光后立即用Sikafloor®2Syn**-1（参考产品说明书）封闭和养护Sikafloor®2Syn**-1。 干撒粉料的施工不应在风或气流太大的地方进行。由于基面混凝土天然的差异， 干撒式硬化剂给混凝土的终饰面有局部色差。通过化学老化，防滑性可以增强。

防护措施:

Appli**ion Method/Tools:
|
Automatic spreader in conjunction with a laser screed.
Spread Sikafloor-2 Syn** evenly onto the concrete immediately after screeding at 5kg/m2 in one appli**ion.
Manual appli**ion;
Allow the surface bleed water to evaporate. Sikafloor-2 Syn** onto the screeded concrete evenly in 2 stages(first stage; 3kg/m2 ; second stage; 2kg/m2) .care should be taken to apply the powder to **oid cereating ripples etc. In the concrete surface. Overall appli**ion rate 5 kg/m2 ; Casting Sikafloor-2 Syn** Powder carelessly or further hean 2 metres from point of casting will reduce the consistency of finish.
**pactiom:
The first stage should be worked into the slab followed immediately with the sprinking on of the second measurement of Sikafloor-2 Syn**.
Sikafloor-2 Syn** results in the slab surface be**ing stiff more quickly than usual. Careful trimming should take place along the edges where adjoining slabs are to be poured.
Final finishing to close pores and remove undulations can be achieved either by hand our powered trowel.
Curing:
Cure and seal Sikafloor-2 Syn** immediately after fnishing using Sikafloor-Proseal22 (refer to separate producet data sheet).
The appli**ion of the dry shake powder should not be carried out in strong dr**hts. Dry shake hardeners give a finish to concrete with some colour variation from point to point dre to the matural variability of the concrete onto which they are applied.Slip resistance can be enhanced through chemical ageing.

Protective Measures:

During appli**ion in closed rooms, pits and shafts, etc, suffcient ventilation must be provided,Keep away open light including welding.
To **oid rare allergic reactions, we re**mend the use of ** rubber / nitril rubber gloves,Change soiled work clothes and wash hands before breaks and after finishing work.
Local regulations as well as health and safety adv** on packaging labels must be observed.
